REGISTRATION OPTIONS, TERMS & CONDITIONS, REFUND POLICY
Payment & Confirmation
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Payment must accompany your registration form (if not made online)
Payment must be received by the due date to receive the discount,
otherwise the next level of payment will be charged.
Confirmation of your registration is only confirmed on receipt of
payment in full.
Cheques or drafts must be in Australian currency, drawn on an
Australian bank and free of all charges. Payment by credit card is
acceptable, Mastercard & VISA only.
All registration types (except dat rate) include session and display admission, tea and
coffee, the welcome reception, conference dinner and a package containing conference
material. Day registration includes admission to sessions and displays
on the selected days only.
Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registrations cancellations will not be accepted unless in writing.
Cancellations made prior to 19th June 2009 will be refunded less an
administration fee of $50. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept
responsibility for changes in your circumstances and will be unable to
provide refunds after this date. As an alternative to cancellation,
your registration may be transferred to another person, on or before
3rd July 2009, without incurring any cost penalty. Registrations transfers
made after 4th July 2009 will incur at $15 processing fee. The conference
secretariat must be advised in writing of any alternations or
transfers.
